Spicy Thai Perogies

 

Ingredients

 

Serves 4
           
16-20 CHEEMO Perogies (any flavour, any size)

1 medium onion (sliced)

1/2 red pepper

1/2 green pepper

1/2 yellow pepper

6-8 oz chicken breasts
2 cups red curry sauce

 

Preparation

 

Pan fry the CHEEMO perogies and place in casserole dish. Slice the chicken breasts into desired strips or pieces and pan fry to sear. Cut the onion and peppers into strips and sauté with the chicken; add to the perogies and mix. Add the red curry sauce and water, mix gently. Place casserole in a pre-heated oven and bake at 190-204 °C (375-400 °F) for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, garnish with cilantro or green onion and serve.
