Seafood Alfredo Perogies

 

Ingredients

 

Serves 4-6
           
20-24 CHEEMO Bite-Size Perogies
2 cups seafood of one’s choice
2 cups Alfredo sauce
½ cup water

 

Preparation

 

Boil the CHEEMO perogies, drain, rinse under cold water and place in a casserole dish. Add the seafood (cooked or un-cooked), the prepared sauce and water; mix gently. Place casserole in a pre-heated oven and bake at 190-204 °C (375-400 °F) for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, garnish with a red pepper, cilantro, lemon zest, dill and serve.
