Perogies Greek Style

 

Ingredients

 

Serves 4-6
           
20-25 CHEEMO perogies
Red onion
Green pepper
Red pepper
Yellow epper
Garlic
Tomatoes
Ripe olives
Greek seasoning
Romano cheese or Feta cheese

 

Preparation

 

Brown CHEEMO perogies (approximately 3-4 minutes per side) remove from pan. Sautée the garlic, peppers lightly, add the tomatoes at the end. Season with Greek seasoning and combine with perogies before plating. Plate on serving platter, garnish with ripe olives, Romano cheese, green onion or parsley. Serve with lamb chops or any other Greek entrée.
