Filipino Perogies and Meatballs




Serves 4-5
16-20 CHEEMO Perogies (any flavour, any size)
1 medium onion
¾ lb ground beef – for meatballs
2 cups Filipino sauce
½ cup water




Place defrosted CHEEMO perogies in a casserole dish. Make meatballs and bake as required or brown in a frying pan. Dice the onion (medium dice) and sauté before adding to the meatballs and perogies. Combine the sauce and water and pour over the contents of the casserole. Place the casserole in a pre-heated oven and bake at 190-204 °C (375-400 °F) for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, garnish and serve. Garnish with green onion.
