Pierogies with Pork Medallions




Serves 2
10-12 CHEEMO Pierogies
6- 8 oz. pork medallions (cut about ¾ inch thick and flatten)
23 oz. mushroom sauce or mushroom soup




CHEEMO Pierogies may be browned (approximately 3-4 minutes per side) or boiled (approximately 3-5 minutes) in a rolling boil pot. Pierogies are done when they float.  Plate the browned pierogies. The boiled pierogies need to be drained and topped with melted butter or margarine before plating. Cook the medallions, medium well, arrange next to pierogies and top with your favorite mushroom sauce or mushroom soup.
