Butter Chicken Pierogies




Serves 4-5
16-20 CHEEMO Pierogies (any flavor, any size)
6-8 oz chicken breasts
1 medium onion
2 cups butter chicken sauce
½ cup water




Pan fry the CHEEMO pierogies and place in casserole dish. Slice the chicken breasts into desired strips or pieces and pan fry to sear. Cut the onion into strips and sauté with the chicken; add to the pierogies and mix. Add the prepared Butter Chicken sauce and water, mix gently. Place casserole in a pre-heated oven and bake at 190-204 °C (375-400 °F) for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, garnish and serve. Garnish with your choice of cilantro, dill or parsley.
