Whole Wheat Pierogy Stir Fry

 

Ingredients

 

Serves 4-6

 

16-24 CHEEMO Whole Wheat pierogies

2-3 tbsp. canola oil

Stir fry vegetables (onions, peppers, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.)

 

Preparation

 

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add CHEEMO Whole Wheat pierogies and brown lightly on both sides until heated through. Remove pierogies and keep warm. Add vegetables to skillet and sauté until crisp. Add 1 -2 tablespoons water and cover with lid. Combine whole wheat pierogies and vegetables with your favorite stir fry sauce and season to taste.
