Pierogies with Beef Strips and Onions

 

Ingredients

 

Serves 4-6

 

18-20 CHEEMO pierogies

½ medium onion

1½  pounds of sirloin tip

 

Preparation

 

Pan fry or boil CHEEMO pierogies. Cut sirloin tip into thin strips. Slice onion into strips. Sautee the onions, add the beef strips and continue cooking until done, season to taste. Mix the beef and pierogies before arranging on a serving platter.

 

Another option would be to make a beef stroganoff which could be poured over the pierogies.
