Perogy Easy Italian

 20 CHEEMO Perogies
 2 cloves garlic (finely diced or minced)
 2 medium tomatoes (cut into eighths)
 1 small onion (cut in half and sliced thin)
 Olive oil or margarine
 Italian seasoning


Brown CHEEMO Perogies (approximately 3-4 minutes on each side) and remove from pan.


Add olive oil to the pan and proceed to sauté the garlic and onion. Add the tomatoes and browned perogies to the sautéed onion and garlic.


Sauté for a couple of minutes and then season with the Italian seasoning.


Plate perogies on a serving platter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Garnish with green onions. Can be served with Italian sausage.
