Perogies Greek Style

 20-25 CHEEMO Perogies
 Red onion
 Green pepper
 Red pepper
 Yellow pepper
 Garlic
 Tomatoes
 Ripe olives
 Greek seasoning
 Romano cheese or feta cheese

Brown CHEEMO Perogies (approximately 3-4 minutes per side) and remove from pan.

Sauté the garlic and peppers lightly. Add the tomatoes at the end.

Season with Greek seasoning and combine with perogies before plating.

Plate on serving platter, garnish with ripe olives, Romano cheese, green onion or parsley.

Serve with lamb chops or any other Greek entrée.
