Marinated Perogy Salad

 16-20 CHEEMO Perogies
 Baby corn
 Zucchini
 Peppers
 Red onion
 Carrots
 Broccoli
 Celery
 Cherry tomatoes

Boil CHEEMO Perogies (do not overcook) drain, rinse with cold water. Place in a bowl and allow to cool.

Choose an interesting variety of vegetables from the list above. Cut them in a variety of shapes and sizes (approximately 4 cups).

Combine the perogies and vegetables.

Add a generous amount of Golden Italian salad dressing and marinate for a minimum of 1 hour.

Occasionally toss to gently mix and ensure the perogies and vegetables are covered with the dressing.
