Perogy Stir Fry
Ingredients
Makes 4-6 servings
16-24 CHEEMO Perogies
2-3 tbsp Canola oil
Stir fry vegetables (onions, peppers, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, baby corn, etc.)
Preparation
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add CHEEMO perogies and brown lightly on both sides until heated through. Remove perogies and keep warm. Add vegetables to skillet and sauté. Combine perogies and vegetables with your favorite stir fry sauce and season to taste.
