Whole Wheat Perogy Benedict
Ingredients
Serves 1
5 CHEEMO whole wheat perogies
2 slices of ham or back bacon
2 eggs
Hollandaise sauce
Preparation
Brown the CHEEMO whole wheat perogies (approximately 3-4 minutes per side). Grill the ham or back bacon. Poach the eggs. Plate the perogies, top with the ham, eggs and hollandaise sauce and garnish with fruit if desired.
