Pierogy Reuben Sandwich
Ingredients
Serves 1
5 CHEEMO pierogies
2 oz. sauerkraut
3 oz. corned beef
1 large slice Swiss cheese
Preparation
Brown CHEEMO pierogies (approximately 3 – 4 minutes per side). Heat sauerkraut and corned beef. Arrange the pierogies on a plate, top pierogies with sauerkraut and corned beef. Cut the Swiss cheese into strips 1 2/3” x 3” and arrange on top of the pierogies, sauerkraut and corned beef. Place under a broiler or in a microwave to melt the cheese. Garnish with a pickle and serve.
