Caraway Pierogies
Ingredients
Serves 4-6
16 – 20 CHEEMO pierogies
¾ cup whipping cream
¼ tsp caraway seed
Preparation
Pan fry or boil CHEEMO pierogies. Pour whipping cream into a sauce pan, bring to boil, reduce to a simmer, reduce the cream to desired consistency. Season cream with onions, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Add the caraway seed. Arrange the pierogies on a serving platter, and top with the reduced cream sauce.
