Whole Wheat Perogy Stir Fry
Ingredients
Serves 4-6
16 – 24 CHEEMO Whole Wheat Perogies
2 – 3 tbsp. canola oil
Stir fry vegetables (onions, peppers, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.)
Preparation
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add CHEEMO Whole Wheat perogies and brown lightly on both sides until heated through. Remove perogies and keep warm. Add vegetables to skillet and sauté until crisp. Add 1 -2 tablespoons water and cover with lid. Combine whole wheat perogies and vegetables with your favorite stir fry sauce and season to taste.
