Perogies with Beef Strips and Onions
Ingredients
Serves 4-6
18 – 20 CHEEMO perogies
½ medium onion
1 ½ pounds of sirloin tip
Preparation
Pan fry or boil CHEEMO perogies. Cut sirloin tip into thin strips. Slice onion into strips. Sautee the onions, add the beef strips and continue cooking until done, season to taste. Mix the beef and perogies before arranging on a serving platter.
Another option would be to make a beef stroganoff which could be poured over the perogies.
